Refund Policy
Thank you for subscribing at Xityscape. We appreciate the fact that you like the property listing service we offer. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you are exploring, evaluating, and subscribing to one of our plans/packages.
As with any property listing experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Xityscape. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by subscribing to Xityscape, you agree to the terms set forth below with Xityscape’s Terms Of Use.
If there’s something wrong with the plan you subscribed to, or if you are not happy with it, you have fourteen (14) days to issue a refund.
Refunds
We at Xityscape commit ourselves to serving our subscribers with the best property listing platform experience. Our platform was thoroughly checked, tested, and maintained. We do this to ensure quality experience for our subscribers.
Sadly, there are times when our website doesn’t have the option(s) or capability that you are looking for, or may face some issues while using our service platform. In such cases, we may have to cancel your subscription. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We will process your refund request immediately as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your paid subscription purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
